UCI Advanced Find, Share option is not displayed

Hi group!

In our UAT environment I have deployed early access of Wave 2 2022, and currently exploring the new interface for Advanced Find. I have created a peronal view, which I want to share with other users.

But, when opening the menu for sharing, the Share icon is not displayed. See screenshot below.

Why and how to fix?

Regards Roy

    Hi,

I hope you have logged in with System admin security role user?

Yes, I have. But would this make a difference? The common users should also be able to share their peronal views.

    Hi,

The view you selected in your screenshot is of type System view which can not be shared

You should select personal view then you will see Share option.

To easily tell which kind of view you are looking at, personal view have a User Icon.

    Good try, but sorry :)

The view I try to share is indeed a personal view. The User icon is not displayed in the Manage dialogue, but on the list of views from the picklist. Of my first screenshot the first three items are personal views. See new screenshot of the picklist.

    Hi Roy_Norway,

Firstly, you need check Share privilege of the 'saved view' and current table(Account) in the security role.

Or you can turn off Modern advanced find in model-driven apps, back to legacy advanced Find:

--Go to the Power Platform admin center by going to Environments > [select an environment] > Settings > Product > Features.
