Assign Security Roles to Team using Power Automate

I have a complex business unit structure, where I want to use Power Automate to set a security role to a owner team of the business unit.

Like when you add a security role to a owner team of a child business unit, I try this with Power Automate using the action:

The user role is connected to the team after performing this action. However, the role is set in relation to the top business unit (where it is defined):

What I hoped for was that the role is only connected to the business unit where the team is owner of:

So... I hope anyone can help me with this issue.

Many thanks in advance!!!

Kind regards,
Elowy.

    Hi,

While fetching the security role filter the record based on Team's Business Unit so that you get the role record of that BU?

Else share the action used to fetch URL to Role, to help you better.

    Regards,

    Praveen.

    Dear Praveen,

I appreciate your response! I had actually discovered the solution to this older issue on my own. Once I understood the structure, it became less challenging. As you mentioned, each role is defined separately for each business unit, which I wasn't aware of initially.

Ultimately, I implemented the following solution: powerpro.nl/.../

Once again, thank you for taking the time to respond. Responses to each question adds value to this forum!

    Best regards,

    Elowy
