Hi,

is there an option to group the contacts by account in a marketing list and send 1 email with all the contacts in the TO of an email?

so instead of sending 2 emails to 2 contacts in the same company, we want 1 email with both contacts in it.

thanks.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Jerome P1,

You can create a segement that contacts are of the same company to solve this issue.

1.Create a new Dynamics Segement. For more: docs.microsoft.com/.../create-segment

3.Save and go live. You can see the qualified contacts in ‘Members’ tab.

4.Create a customer journey, select the segement you just created, and set up the process according to the requirements you want.

unfortunatly we don't have the marketing license. (I try to convince to get a robust marketing tool on top of the CRM)

and more than 3000 companies and 5000+ contacts to contact... :-)

(and it's only part of my issue, this campaign is a crazy one not planned at all and I have to play in the system to solve the problem they generated)

    Hi Jerome P1,

Based on your situation, I tested it in the Marketing list in Sales Hub.

1.Create a new Marketing list, and set List Type to Dynamics.

2.Save and click ‘Manage Members’ button, and set contition.

    thanks.

unfortunately we are not using the marketing addon.

it's not part of our license.

(but we evaluate some advanced marketing tools on top of the CRM)

    Hi Jerome P1,

Unfortunately, if you don't have a marketing addon, the functionality you want to implement can't be implemented.

    Regards,

    Qingqing Xin
