Need details on forward mailbox configuration CRM 2016 and exchange online

Hello,

I have configured individual and forward mailbox in CRM 2016 with exchange online. Individual mailboxes are working fine both Incoming and Outgoing mails are synchronizing with server, but for forward mailbox it is not working. I have checked the mailbox detail log- It has error detail "Incoming email rejected".

    Possible cause could be the forward rule at exchange. Please check whether the actual emails are forwarded as an attachment.
