I'm looking to understand better the Microsoft 365 marketing solutions for inbound and outbound tracking. Is there a way where an inbound call in made to have it automatically create a lead in the CRM. Can the system reconizeif the lead a call if the lead is in the system already? Can it leave call history on the lead record? Can it have action items if an inbound or outbound call is logged? can it give recommendations of the best time to reach a lead if I have failed them morning and afternoon?
If none or some of this is available is there a call tracking solution that has a strong integration with Dynamics that would make it so I could all these things plus run reporting.
