Configure Integrated service provider in Dynamic 365 Customer service for Co-pilot

HI All,

We want to configure Co-pilot in Dynamic 365 Customer service with external website knowledge article.

We have followed below steps:

1. Configured Co-pilot by referring link /https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/administer/configure-copilot-features/

after which Co-pilot is working

2. We setup integrated Service provider as mentioned in link /https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/administer/add-search-provider/

BUt in Insight tab I always sees that it runs into error /UnsupportedContentType/

I have also set filter in Knowledge refer below:

Can someone please suggest if I want to configure co-pilot to pull knowledge article from Website like learn.microsoft.com ,etc

PLease guide where I have missed the steps?

I could see that the ingestion from your external search provider is failing.

Which schema type are you using for your external provider? Field Mapping (HTML) or JSON?

I had a hard time making my external provider work.

I'm using JSON, but the example that is created by default when we select JSON is not working properly.

I'm using this one and it works. It's downloading KA from the external website to my environment

Once the ingestion is working, after some hours, KA will be created from this website.
