costumizing candidate fields

hi, i am an admin in a triel license of talent area, and would like to know is its possible to make an Applicant Segmentation according to custom fields i want to creat like: years of experience, field of knowledge, age and so on...

if the is an option to create that kind of fields, i would like to know how and to coustumize the candidates displays according to that (like you can do in every entity in dynamics-sales).

Hello Gili,

it's not possible to create additional fields in Attract, Onboard, Offer Management or the candidate's portal.

the only way to capture additional data from the candidates is to create a Microsoft Form (with Forms Pro, preferably) and embedded it in the interview stages.
