    Hello Lorette, Click on the link dynamics.microsoft.com/.../ and then enter your Microsoft 365 or Office 365 ID: which will be validated and then you can start: Its a part of "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan" so it should look like:

    The preview for IOM is planned to begin on 17th May,

    You should find the signup link on the landing page after that date.
