I am wanting to create a customer journey where the prospect would be able to schedule an online Teams meeting with the sender of the email.
I have looked into Bookings, but it does not integrate back into Dynamics 365.
What other options are members using to create this seamless flow to get an appointment scheduled with Prospects.
I have looked at 3rd party apps like AppointmentCore, but it does not integrate with D365 just M365.

You can create customer journey and online schedule meeting appointment using Mappyfield 365 plugins
In the timeframe of eight to nine working hours your sales representatives have to meet multiple clients in different locations at different times. Oftentimes it becomes very difficult to manage multiple meetings efficiently and effectively enough.
Map your CRM records on the map and you can filter them on the basis of the region, drawing territory, proximity, etc. This will help you get a visual understanding of territories, regions etc. This helps in making a more informed and local approach.
No one likes to see a boring plethora of data in their Excel sheet and scrolling to get to the right information. Looking at this pain of the sales team, now you can see the data in multiple options like pie charts, column charts, heat maps, and also further filter them according to your need. Heat maps are particularly effective to get a bird’s eye view of your records and activities.
I guess I am still learning the platform. I could not follow your logic from the links you provided.
I am amazed that this feature would not be extremely easy to use - as the purpose of marketing is to get engagement.
If you could provide a video of the process that would be extremely helpful.

Hi Ron,
You can create custom channel tile and add it into your customer journey.
When contacts go to the custom tile, system will create custom channel activity records, these records include source customer journey and corresponding contact.(If there 5 contacts, then 5 custom channel activities will be created.)
Then you can trigger a flow on creation of custom channel activity and use fields data to schedule your online Teams meeting.

Power Automate has provided Microsoft Team connector, if you are using other meeting application and currently there is no connector available to the app, then you can call their API directly with HTTP Request connector.
