Want to know how the unit price is displayed with respective item id and what are the methods n classes are hitting.
How to debug the code and get to that method Please help...

As a starting point you can put debugger in ItemId modified method of the form datasource and start debugging . As Martin mentioned process gets complicated when you set up trade agreements.
It may be a very complex process, because you may set up price and discount agreements for individual customers, group of customers and such things, discounts based on order quantity and so on.
PriceDisc class is the key one for price/discount agreements.
