Hi community friends,
I recently created a new Entity in Dynamics Sales and I added the widget 'Up next' to the form. Unfortunetly this is not showing after publishing. I am sure that I am missing follow up steps to see the widget the same way as it shows OOB in the opportunity entity, but I am stuck to know how. Can someone please advise. I am working as a administrator, so it is not a business role issue.

If so, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
Get Help + Support - Dynamics | Microsoft Docs
Open the form editor and check the properties of the up next widget to make sure you have not enabled Hide and Hide on phone.
