I did Product Receipt on a certain product , and i just want to view the product's unit cost (Item Model Group set to Weighted Average)
where do i view the Item Unit Cost ?

You mean the unit cost of the receipt, or the current running average cost price of all the on hand of that item?
If the former, you can look on the inventory transaction of the PO Line, in the 'Cost amount' field.
If the latter, you need to check which inventory dimensions have 'Financial inventory' ticked. (Look on the Storage and Tracking dimension groups). Then you can go to the 'On-hand' inquiry in the Inventory management module. Use the 'Dimension display' button to enable only the dimensions which are financially tracked. Then select a line with your item on and switch to the 'On-hand' tab of the On-hand inquiry. The 'Cost price' field shows the current running average cost price for the item (and relevant inventory dimensions).
