when calculate Retail Statement i face this error
(Inventory dimension Serial number must be specified for Item Id : ### )
but this item has serial number , how can solve this error .

Have other items, with serial numbers, posted without issues?If so, and this is the only error, there may be an issue with the serial number associated with the item on this transaction; and in order to assist you would want to open a new support incident.
