what could be the reasen for the behaviour mentioned in subject?

The transfer orders are in status "received" but the load and it's shipments are still "shipped".

    Hi ,

Shipped status in Shipments means completed , so it means the shipment is out of warehouse

    Hi,

yes but there is also a status "received" for shipments and loads.

Is this status for another purpose?

    Greetings Nils

    Hi,

My understanding that received is used if load is linked to purchase order and that purchase order is received.

you can check class  WhsPostPackingSlip -> runPackingSlip

    Regards,

    Bilal

Received is only used for Purchase orders.

See a description of the various statuses here:

Note that the loads you posted screenshots of are all outbound. We do not create inbound loads for transfer receipts
