I am wondering about my understanding. Do you want to create a new column in one of your tables? Yes. Here are the steps:Create and edit columns in Dataverse using Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn
You can refer to the following detailed steps:
1.Go to Power Apps and select correct environment, then expand Dataverse > Table > Account:
2.Create columns
3.Add the column to forms and views.
4.Save and Publish.
5.Test:

Go Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Account > Fileds:
