LCS on-prem package deployment is not updated.

Hi expert, 

Dynamics 365 FO on-prem deployment on SB environment, service fabric show  version 10.0.28 but in LCS console shows 10.0.23, when try to update with new version status showing fail after log time.

    Please, what do you mean by SB environment ?

    When you go to the D365FO application itself and check about , what version is showing there ?

    At what point do you get the error? Is it at the preparation stage or when updating the environment. We will be interested in the error message you get when it fails.

    SB environment means : Sandbox development environment.

    D365FO application shows:

    Installed product version : 10.0.28 (10.0.1265.20)

    LCS show the version 10.0.23 and it is not updated with version 10.0.28, when try to update with 10.0.28

    failed in deploying stage.

    found this error in error log which was taken from lcs.

    With is error, could you please confirm that you deployed all reports in your DCIL_CDP model successfully ?

    When you Run the config-PreReq script on the Reporting server machine, what do you get?

    Hi,

    I didn't run  config-PreReq script.

    application version 10.0.23 already deployed but we tried to service update 10.0.29 from lcs, binary update from shared asset library.

    Are you talking about to execute this script .\Test-D365FOConfiguration.ps1 from cmd mode on SSRS node?

    Before applying an update , I do make sure no error on any of those VMs by running the Test-D365FOConfiguration

    Hi Komi Siabi,

    found this error at AX-Application event viewer in both AOS Nodes :

    Unable to perform data synchronization. The data store with record Id 68719502237 does not exist in the system.

    AOS-1 node,  Database Synchronized at 29-Aug-22 6:08:52 PM

    where AOS-2 node  Database Synchronized at 11-Oct-22 11:36:46 AM

    So how can perform data synchronization?
