Electronic Report - Cant convert word to PDF for pages that is more than 30

Hello guys,

We are using ER for Sales Order Confirmation.

The ER report is working fine, but when we create a sales order that consists of more than 1000 lines and generate a Sales Order Confirmation, it will throw the error below.

Then, if we untick the 'Convert to PDF' option in the ER destination, no error will occur, and the file will be downloaded.

You can try, if you have that option, to introduce root element PDF Merge which will encapsulate Word document element. With this kind of configuration - the tick "Convert to PDF" should be unchecked/disabled.
