AADSTS500014 The service principal for resource

Hello,
I am currently facing an issue when trying to access the workflow editor.
This error persists in both the standard and custom workflows.
Despite changing the admin account, the problem remains unchanged.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions to resolve this error.

    What type of environment is this? Did it work before in this environment? On what tenant was it deployed and from what tenant is the user trying to open this workflow editor? 
    When you mention changing the admin account, what exact steps did you perform?

    Hi,
    Please check that your subscription is active and has not expired. If it has expired, you will need to renew. Verify that the application is enabled in the Azure AD portal. Make sure the administrator has not disabled the application.
