Management Reporter Error: The operation could not be completed due to a problem in the data provider framework

Hi All

We have installed CU13 for Microsoft Dynamics AX and after that we have started to receive the above error: We have already tried following but no success

1. Refreshed Mangement Reporter and Datamart databases

2. Installed latest CU16 for Mangement Reporter 

Here is the error from Event Viewer from Applications and Services Logs >> Microsoft >> Dynamics >> MR-Logger



Will appreciate if anyone of you could help me in resolving this issue.
