Hi,
Is it possible to run multiple build runs on the same Build pipeline at the same time?
I think the agent use the Build VM to conduct the compilation and build, and I am not sure if multi-threads are supported in this scenario.

One build agent can build only one thing at a time.
But, you can have multiple builds for the same build pipeline running at the same time, if you have many agents (=build machines) in the agent pool.
You'll have to double check but even with multiple build machines I think Azure DevOps only runs one build at a time, unless you pay for parallel pipeline usage.
