Hi All,
I have a couple of User accounts setup that will not link to the employee's worker record, and therefore they are unable to use Time and registration. Both users have active badge id's set up in their Worker records, but their details are not available in the Name dropdown field in User details.
The common theme is that they have both previously had their worker record associated with a different User account, however these were generic accounts which have since been deleted. It appears that the Time® badge ID is still linked to these old/deleted accounts and I cannot find a way to release them.
I have checked that the worker record and can see that they are not assigned to any other User record (either Enabled or not). Is anyone aware of another location where this link might be stored. so I can update and correct them?
