we are trying to figure out how customer can login to online store using their existing account number in Ax? Thanks!!

If one already has a Customer account in AX and wants to login into Online Store, then, navigate to a user registration page (in Online Store) and check the checkbox "Register using my existing account", then, in "Email address" enter the address which matches that existing AX account and click Register, as a result an e-mail with instructions will be sent to that e-mail, use the link from there.

Can you execute the SQL below (against CRT DB) and look whether you will find your e-mail or not, if it is there - what is the value in Status column?
