Hi Khaja,
There is a table in the database which holds the access to tables and their fields. The link is per user group/per domain. I don't have an AX 2009 environment available to check the table name. In AX 2012, the security architecture had been changed. You can probably find the table name on the form where you do setup the permissions.
Do you think that [Object permissions] report is useful for this?
Administration > Reports > Security > User permissions
