Hello community
I am creating my marketing emails I set up my company's authorized fonts and in the app the email template to be sent looks as expected. But when the email is sent the email that is received looks completely different from what I created. all the fonts are completely changed.
Are you experimenting with this? what can be causing it? how can I fix it?
Thank you so much, any advice is highly appreciated.
CaroM
Hi CarolinaMP,
Thank you for the question. Not all email clients support custom fonts.
As a result, your custom font might be automatically "converted" into some other font.
Best regards,

Hi there,
I am experiencing the same issue when using custom fonts, it seems any attempts to assign a fallback font in anyway are not working.
Did you achieve anything form your end?
Thanks
Hi CarolinaMP ,
I have been using different fonts for my emails, never encountered this...
Maybe the receiving email client might not support the font you are using, Please verify that first!
