Workflow Not Working

I created a new workflow, activate it and set it as default. However, as I checked on the workflow history, the previous created workflow which is also not the default workflow is the one working. Is this really a bug?

    Hello Gecel,

    When you say that you created a new workflow do you mean you developed one or that you created a new version of a standard workflow?

    Assuming that you did the latter can you check whether the workflow is active?

    There is a specific version button where you can define whether or not a workflow is active.

    Please check that yours is active.
