exactly format for percentage in MR

hi guys,

I have amount 2,614,310,982,753.55 (in row 220) and 5,603,630,178,852.73 (in row 520). I need to make it into percentage calculation in MR, so I make formula as CAL @220/@520, then in format override, I use 0.00%;(0.00%).

when I generate the report, the result was not expected, the result display 47,00%, if I count in excel file the result should be 46,65%.

how to make this percentage correctly ?

Hello Agus,

Can you check what you Setup as rounding precision for your MR Report?

Possibly try to run the Report without any rounding

i have changed it follow your guide, the result become 47.00000000%. how about in your MR with my amount ?

Hi agus,

i got the 46...% figure. You can test this by setting up a cal row and entering your data directly into the cal line/ cell.

If you still get 47% then I believe that you got rounded data transferred from your AX system.

Can you possibly check in the MR data mart what figures are transferred from AX. (you might need a SQL expert to help you as you might not have all necessary access rights)

If nothing helps contact MS as this might be a shortcoming. I guess MR might have a problem with the many numbers you have.
