Marketing Email Template Designer

Hi,

We have a marketing email template and the sections are being rendered differently on different PCs. The same thing happens when you click on the preview tab:

Template viewed by certain users:

Same template viewed by other users:

As you can see the text's vertical alignment and the column's height is different. Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi

Is it same email template? Are your users using different browsers?

Copy the source code and create a local html page and check it’s rendered result.

Hi,

Yes same template and same browsers. When the templates is selected in the marketing email it appears properly on both accounts. The only difference is seen on the marketing email template page.

Hi kelly,

If email Template designing is something that is causing you issues and consuming your time. I suggest you should have a look at SolzEditor. This is an addon using which you can create responsive emails just by Drag &Drop. Please have a look at the video link attached.
