My company does not use the Sales Invoice, we only use the Posted Sales Invoice. However, when we access the Posted Sales Invoices from the Customer Card, it shows ALL PSIs for ALL customers rather than JUST for the customer from whose card the inquiry originated. Please watch the attached video and advise if this is standard BC functionality or if this is a bug that can be fixed.

Posted Sales Invoice Info from Customer Card

The video file appears to be corrupted.

As far as I know, the standard action can only open sales invoice page before posting.

For example,

No other actions:

But you can use the following method to open all posted sales invoices for this customer
