Hey Vetrivel.
I can think at least on the following ways to achieve your request:
Option 1: Use Data Export Service to put the data into an AzureSQL or SQL Server on Azure. From there, create the report on your side and send the email using your code (PowerShell, SQL, etc)
Option 2: You can create a Dashboard with the desired data, and then use Microsoft PowerAutomate to send a recurring email (every week, every month) with the link to the dashboard. You can read more on community.dynamics.com/.../add-report-to-dashboards-in-crm-2015-2016 and flow.microsoft.com/.../ can help on this.
Option 3: Use third party. zapobjects.com/.../ , skyvia.com/.../dynamics-crm or Click2Export.
Option 4: You can use PowerAutomate to generate the PDF and send it by mail. You have a nice explanation on
