Hi,
We mailed out a newsletter using D365 Marketing solution. One of the recipients reported that he didn't receive the Newsletter. I created a segment with two test emails ( his email and mine).
Segment shows as two members (image 1). however, the customer journey shows delivered one email (image 2) and not showing any other status to identify what happened to his email.
When i ran the customer journey, I received the newsletter, not him.
Is there any way to find out why the newsletter was failed to deliver to his email?
I verified his email in Outlook which is working fine. Please advise me why D365 Marketing didn't work. Thank you, Siva
