I'm currently setting-up Unit Groups in Dynamics 365 for Sales. What's the point of them? Are they useful for reporting?
We also use Business Central and Unit Groups integrate between 365 for Sales and BC.

I think, the point of Unit Group is just make the creation of quotes easier and avoid the use of non-existent units.
Thinking about reports, UG can help you to know which units are the least used and discard them in your manufacturing process, for example, but I think it is not a feature belonging to UG.
