I installed NAV 2013 build 36366. When changing language in user personalization, there are no languages listed in the "Windows Languages" window. There are the appropriate language subdirectories in the NAV directories but it appears that table 200000045 is empty. I reran setup using the repair function and still have an empty Windows Languages window. I also detached the Cronus Demo database and moved it. I then ran setup again which created a new Demo database. Still no entries in the Windows Languages screen. I have installed the entire system including the servers on a laptop running Windows 8.1. The language table is a hidden system file so I cannot see it either in NAV or in SQL. Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
