BC21 Migration data from On-premise to Cloud- Data in Custom field not migrated

Hi expert,

How to do migration data on custom field from NAV to bc cloud? 

I saw https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/migration-table-mapping , the page different for BC 21 and cannot mapping table extensions. 

Any expert can help me or guide me?
