here is what I'm trying and wondering if anyone knows a faster way of getting this done. in the National Accounts Maintenance window I'm trying to uncheck "Allow Receipts Entry....." for reach customer. How can I uncheck this for everyone vs doing it one customer at a time?

    If you have access to SQL, you can do through a SQL statement:

    UPDATE RM00105 SET NAALLOWRECEIPTS = 0

    0 is unchecked, 1 is checked.

    As typically suggested, make a backup of your database beforehand.

    Hi Adal,

    Unfortunately, to my knowledge the only way that you would be able to go this through the front end of Dynamics GP would be individually. If you wanted to change it in SQL as Matt had suggested it would be unsupported. I also highly recommend creating a backup of the databases prior to making any change directly in SQL.
