After the user creates a new event registration at the event, that record is updated and the status reason filed is changed from the default active to inactive. After the registration is created, it is not visible in active event registrations, only in inactive event registrations. When I look at the audit history, I see that there was an update by SYSTEM immediately after the user created a new record. By reviewing System jobs, I noticed that there are no other processes or workflows in the background that could do the update. I would like to note that this case is not repeated constantly on every event registration. It only happens sometimes, e.g. out of 10 registrations, the update status reason field occurs on 2 event registrations.
