Unable to access Dataverse REST Builder in XrmToolBox due to Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime

I have already installed Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime couple of times, by rebooting the system. Yet I am getting the same error each time I try to open Dataverse REST Builder in XrmToolBox.

Dataverse REST Builder requires the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime in order to run.

Click the «Help» button to visit the Microsoft download page.

After the runtime is installed please reopen XrmToolBox and try to launch again Dataverse REST Builder.

Next version will try to mitigate the error, please refer to this GitHub issue https://github.com/GuidoPreite/DRB/issues/23 for instructions on how to install the correct runtime.
