Is there any out-of-the-box report that will summarize past W2s, with a breakdown of what was reported in each box for a company?

We are specially looking for what was reported for our companies, by employee, what was reported in Box 5 and Box 12 for 2013 and 2014.

Hi,

That information is stored in the Payroll Year End tables. Look in the Payroll Year End table group. Everything you need should be in there. Box 5 is Medicare Wages, that's in table UPR10101. Box 12 is the special codes box, you'll find that information in table UPR10104.

Thanks Leslie,

This did get me the information I needed, but I was hoping to have Accounting being able to just run this report out of GP. Instead I setup a MS Access report to query from the SQL Server

Hi,

You could also have created a new SmartList Object for them using GP2015R2's SmartList Designer, if you don't have SmartList Builder.
