    Hi Abd,

Could you share some screenshots about your issue, and let us know the exact steps that were used to create the fields. Right now it's unclear, first you talked about not seeing field in AOT, now you say you don't see entity field in SQL. Or is this already a different question than your first one?

Please keep us updated, and remember that the better details you share, the better help you will get.

    Thanks!

    Hi Abd,

I do assume you are using the configuration option for the custom fields. Nikolaos is correct that these fields only exists on run-time. You can't use them for any additional x++ logic. I wrote a blog about this before: Custom fields: Handle with care (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) (dynamicspedia.com)

    Hi Abd,

    1) Which version are you working with? AX2012 or D365 F&O?

    2) How did you create the field? If you created a D365 "Custom field" via the user interface, it's indeed not stored in AOT but it exists in the SQL database. Only fields that are added by the developer using Visual Studio are shown in the AOT.
