Intercompany Purch Order's Packing Slip (Code)

Hi all,

Here is the code used by the intercompany Purch Order goods receive (Packing Slip), and I don't know why it needs this piece of code (the orange frame). Code Path: [Class] InterCompanyTransferInventDim.transfer()

I will appreciate anyone tell me what purpose it serve. Thank you.
