Hi,
In our sandbox environment, I have imported some email messages for a test I am working on, the import file contains 10 recirds like this:
Subject | From | To | Status Reason | Activity Status | Direction | Description |
This is a test incomining 1 | A Person | Helpdesk | Received | Completed | Incoming | This is a test 1 |
I then manually assign the imported records to the helpdesk queue and they do not appear! There are queue utems created for the email messages and the queue of these queue items is valid, but when I go to the queue from the UCI, I cannot see the records, even when selecting the All Items view for that queue.
Can anyone help? This is for a proof of concept, so I could do with getting these messages in the queue!
