How to setup approve on free text invoice in AX2012, just like on journal ?

    What do you mean by edit the invoice again?

    Thank you very much. The workflow is working now.

    But I have another question, after I recalled the free text invoice, I can't edit the invoice again, so how to resolve it?

    There is a standard FTI workflow available that you can use for that purpose.
