    RE: Report Printing issue

    Hi Manish

Yes it will be work as what you need if do the selection way i have given.

if all the lines can be fit in to 1 Page have enough space to print footer then it will be print on the same page

if lines are more and there is no space to print the footer then only footer will be printing on the second page.

if the liens are continued to second page then the footer will also be printed on  second page.

There will be maximum number you can print on the Page and Footer section Height and Bottom Margin also play important role when when it comes to footer only continue to second page scenario.

    Thanks

    Indika.

    RE: Report Printing issue

    Dear Indika Ji,

I m agree with you. I want to clear you, if report is in printing in single page then footer section must be printed in same page, if lines are more then more page will be consumed. In this case only, footer section must be printed in last page.

    RE: Report Printing issue

    Hi Manish

You can do this in very easiliy, go to Design of the Report and from the Layout Design you can Add Footer if it not available and if it already there just right click on the footer or if you have open the property window you can see the option

    1. Print on Every Page (Un Tick or make it false)

    2. Print on Last Page (Tick it or make it true )

once you done with it you will have the result what you looking for.

please check Image for more Information
