Can I make in Nav barcode which will be connected for nav customer?
I need to trigger some offers (promotions, discounts...) on the Pos when customer use his card with barcode.

Or you can add one more field to create barcode (As suggested by archer)

As we have already mentioned. This is not the OUT OF THE BOX feature of NAV. You might would like to add this[Customize]...
Your NAV developer might have worked in past on ITEM Barcode and then you are seeing that option in Item card, but it doesn't means it will comes automatically to all other card pages.
As other experts has also suggested you to take help from existing code from item card, its similar.

I have microsoft nav 2016 and LS retail 7.02.
On the Retail Item card I have in Home Ribbon, for some Item, Barcode List. Where I can add barcodes for Items. I try that and its working. On Retail Item card I have and Barcode mask.
But for Retail Customers I dont have that options.
I learn a lot of for LS retail although I said that I am begginer :)

This is similar to Item Barcode. In your case instead of Item you need Customer No. (for example).
It needs to be developed or if you have item barcode then it can be easily customized... It need technical expertise but you can always try -_-
