Hi,

For some reason I'm unable to add Contacts to any Marketing Lists, every time I try I receive the below error. The List Type is static, Targeted At Contacts and Locked is set to No. I'm also logged in as a full administrator user so it does not appear to be a permissions issue. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I receive this error?

I see it when i was trying to identify list membership from a dataverse flow on when a row is added for Marketing List Members. Once I turned it off, no issues.

Same issue here, and I cant use powerflows to add people to static list, the entities available in the flow builder do not seem to allow it.

I've already had to reset my environment to resolve this error, which worked for a brief moment when adding three contacts to my marketing list at once. But when I try to add a fourth one this error comes back again! Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hi Andrew

The full details are within my original post, however, as this is just my test system I decided to wipe it and start again as it must be down to something I've done through testing/learning. My new instance works fine again so I will use this one now.

Interestingly using a Dynamic list works so it just seems to be an issue for me with Static lists.

Here are the steps which are basic. I'm even using the sample data which I know has worked in the past. I have just removed all sample data and re-imported it again too just in case the issue is data related.

Create New Marketing List

Go to Members Tab - Add

Select any Contact in the list and then the error occurs.

Can you share all the steps with screenshots please? This will help to better understand the issue and fix it?

I did try creating new Marketing Lists but I receive the same error/issue.
