I have a challenge where our NAV system is set up to send automated emails to customers for Return Materials Authorizations (RMA) in the Sales Return Order.
The email goes out in HTML format and when received by Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, and Gmail, the header and/or body of the email is unreadable.
In Yahoo mail, the entire message looks like it's in Chinese. In Hotmail, the subject line looks like chinese but the body is readable. In Gmail, the subject line is fine, but the body is in HTML code.
I have requested our programmers to change the emails to go out in Plain Text, however every time they work on the "fix" the emails get broken entirely and will not be sent from NAV.
Any suggestions?????
