During 2020, our IT Manager was let go. I am trying to update the payroll taxes for 2021. Asking for authorization Number. Where can I get this information?? I need to complete PR today and need to update before I even run

The authorization number is your telephone number registered with Microsoft.
Richard is correct as usual.
If you have issues finding out what number was used, you can download the update from here:
mbs.microsoft.com/.../TUGP2018
This will require a CustomerSource login, so it may not help if you have no users setup there anymore.
