Hello,
We have enabled the workflow for PO.
The issue I have is that when I go to "Actians --> Delegate", in the "User" lookup I see only few 4 users.
Where are this list restricted? How can I enable all users to be selectable there?

Hi Johnny,
The users should at least have permissions to do a PO approval. Have you reviewed the security settings? In my opinion, "all users" is a bit too much; for sure for PO approval which could have huge financial consequences.
