I want to run time and attendance process separately for EMPLOYEE and CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEE.

Here is a error I am getting.

Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.ErrorException: Exception of type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.ErrorException' was thrown.
at Dynamics.Ax.Application.SysOperationServiceController.runServiceOperation(Object[] parameters) in SysOperationServiceController

Attendance

What I want is if I select Employee it will do process for only employee and if I select CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEE it will run only for contractual emplyee

From screenshot it looks like you have customization class and please verify if you have the parmEmploymentType. You can do a debug.
