Hi
I have a question when I am export the report in word format from report preview it is opening in word 97-2003 .doc version even out of box report is also opening in word 97-2003 format instead of MSword 2016 .docx version. How could I fix this ?

What version are you using? And is this with all reports or some specific ones?
Can you create a word document on your machine and then try to save and see what's the default dimensions (.doc OR .docx). If it's doc then go to file > Options > save tab.. see there is an option to select default dimensions and what's it's set to. If it's .doc then change to docx. repeat steps above. If this time you get .docx, then try to export report and see what extension you get this time.

I tried your solution, but D365 is still exporting the report in doc, no matter what the settings are in Word
Any other suggestions for this?
