In Dynamics GP 2010, when you click on Post for a sales transaction batch, is there a way to set up some sort of warning for you to confirm that you do in fact want to post?  We have had this question come up because of a situation of clicking on post instead of print.

This would have to be a custom of some sort.   Not sure if it would be dexterity or VB, but I would assume you could have it prevent the posting and pop up a message.

DAN!!!!!  I hope you are well.  I'm just getting back into the swing of the partner community myself.  Looks like you are involved BIG TIME!

Dan is correct, that there is not ISV product that I know of that would allow you to simply add a confirmation message to clicking a button.  However, this is very easily done with Modifer/VBA (which would require that you are licensed for Modifer/VBA, or that you at least are licensed for the Customization Site Licenes and you have your partner write the VBA code for you).  If you don't have the appropriate licensing, this could also be done with a Dexterity customization.

Either of these routes should be a very small custom, 1/2 hour I would say.

    Good luck!
